Islamic view on prostitution

ive heard that one muslim said that women can go for prostitude if in case of darurah and i really cant believe that she could say such thing...here is my argument about prostitution...

First of all....
Islamic law explicitly prohibits adultery and fornication as mentioned in the Quran:

Nor come nigh to adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils).” (Qur’an, 17:32)

“The man and woman guilty of adultery or fornication, flog each of them with a hundred stripes: let no compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if you believed in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of believers witness their punishment.” (Qur’an 24:2)

Adultery, fornication as well as prostitution are punishable in Islam, the major reason why Islam prohibited prostitution is that it gives harmful to the society, besides, it is also a serious crime which can affect the entire society. Prostitution can give negative impact to the whole society for example; prostitution can bring many diseases such for example AIDS. AIDS is currently affecting largely those indulging in the sexual promiscuity, many innocent people especially children are the major affect by this diseases. In addition, prostitution also will affect the heritage of the family. The children will not know their real parents, and the society will live in chaos. Islam does practice freedom, but the freedom here do not means that the individuals can do whatever they want, it must in accordance to the Quran and Sunnah. We can see what happen in the western countries where majority of their society live in the dark, children are being abandon by the parents, the children also do not know who their real parents is and so on.
Prostitution is prohibited in Islam, if in the cases of darurah it is also prohibited. This is due to the fact that there is no concrete reason why we should prostituted if there are many other ways to survive. Thus, the view that prostitution is permissible if in case of darurah cannot be accepted. If Allah had said that it is prohibited, people can not make it permissible. The prohibition of prostitution is not only to protect the lineage but also to protect religion as well. Prostitution only give many harmful compared to benefits, thus in Islamic law, everything that harmful more than benefits is prohibited. In addition to that, prostitution is categorized as haram li-dhatihi or prohibited for itself. The rule for this category is that it is not permissible ab initio and if individual commit prostitution, the will be no beneficial legal effects. Thus, prostitution or the unlawful sexual intercourse can not lead to the establishing of paternity or claims of inheritance. To conclude, the argument that prostitution is permissible in the case of darurah can not be accepted at all.
