Endodontics

so....mulanya started during iftar one fine day....i ate chicken when i first noticed my teeth cracked....i got my teeth filled 10 yrs ago ( as i remembered)...sakitnya YA ALLAH....then after tht i feel pain when eating food and even sharp pain when pressing my teeth together....then the pain get worse... so i went to dentist to check out my teeth due to i started to get headache as my toothpain getting worse...after checked....the dentist said tht my teeth cracked cant be filled back so she said i hv two options whether to extract it or make a root canal treatment a.k.a endodontist...i said ill go for treatment...then she put a temporary filling for my teeth until i hv the treatment.

the problem is...the treatment is super expensive! around rm600 ( as for my survey showed) but the pain is geting more n more worse....so i dont noe wut to do!!! its killing me!!! argrhhhh...

i googled it to found out about the treatment....PRETTY SCARED! n i dont think i can go through w it..( cabut gigi pon i takottttttt)

Root Canal Treatment

What is endodontic treatment?

“ Endo” is the Greek word for “inside” and “odont” is Greek for “tooth.” Endodontic treatment treats the inside of the tooth.

To understand endodontic treatment, it helps to know something about the anatomy of the tooth. Inside the tooth, under the white enamel and a hard layer called the dentin, is a soft tissue called the pulp. The pulp contains blood vessels, nerves, and connective tissue and creates the surrounding hard tissues of the tooth during development.

The pulp extends from the crown of the tooth to the tip of the roots where it connects to the tissues surrounding the root. The pulp is important during a tooth’s growth and development. However, once a tooth is fully mature it can survive without the pulp, because the tooth continues to be nourished by the tissues surrounding it.

Why would I need an endodontic procedure?
Endodontic treatment is necessary when the pulp, the soft tissue inside the root canal, becomes inflamed or infected. The inflammation or infection can have a variety of causes: deep decay, repeated dental procedures on the tooth, or a crack or chip in the tooth. In addition, an injury to a tooth may cause pulp damage even if the tooth has no visible chips or cracks. If pulp inflammation or infection is left untreated, it can cause pain or lead to an abscess.

What are the signs of needing endodontic treatment?
Signs to look for include pain, prolonged sensitivity to heat or cold, tenderness to touch and chewing, discoloration of the tooth, and swelling, drainage and tenderness in the lymph nodes as well as nearby bone and gingival tissues. Sometimes, however, there are no symptoms.

How does endodontic treatment save the tooth?
The endodontist removes the inflamed or infected pulp, carefully cleans and shapes the inside of the canal, a channel inside the root, then fills and seals the space. Afterwards, you will return to your dentist, who will place a crown or other restoration on the tooth to protect and restore it to full function. After restoration, the tooth continues to function like any other tooth.

Will I feel pain during or after the procedure?
Many endodontic procedures are performed to relieve the pain of toothaches caused by pulp inflammation or infection. With modern techniques and anesthetics, most patients report that they are comfortable during the procedure.

For the first few days after treatment, your tooth may feel sensitive, especially if there was pain or infection before the procedure. This discomfort can be relieved with over-the-counter or prescription medications. Follow your endodontist’s instructions carefully.
Your tooth may continue to feel slightly different from your other teeth for some time after your endodontic treatment is completed. However, if you have severe pain or pressure or pain that lasts more than a few days, call your endodontist.

Endodontic Procedure

Endodontic treatment can often be performed in one or two visits and involves the following steps:

1. The endodontist examines and x-rays the tooth, then administers local anesthetic. After the tooth is numb, the endodontist places a small protective sheet called a “dental dam” over the area to isolate the tooth and keep it clean and free of saliva during the procedure.

2. The endodontist makes an opening in the crown of the tooth. Very small instruments are used to clean the pulp from the pulp chamber and root canals and to shape the space for filling.

3. After the space is cleaned and shaped, the endodontist fills the root canals with a biocompatible material, usually a rubber-like material called “gutta-percha.” The gutta-percha is placed with an adhesive cement to ensure complete sealing of the root canals. In most cases, a temporary filling is placed to close the opening. The temporary filling will be removed by your dentist before the tooth is restored.

4. After the final visit with your endodontist, you must return to your dentist to have a crown or other restoration placed on the tooth to protect and restore it to full function.

If the tooth lacks sufficient structure to hold the restoration in place, your dentist or endodontist may place a post inside the tooth. Ask your dentist or endodontist for more details about the specific restoration planned for your tooth.

How much will the procedure cost?

The cost varies depending on how complex the problem is and which tooth is affected. Molars are more difficult to treat, the fee is usually more. Most dental insurance policies provide some coverage for endodontic treatment.

Generally, endodontic treatment and restoration of the natural tooth are less expensive than the alternative of having the tooth extracted. An extracted tooth must be replaced with a bridge or implant to restore chewing function and prevent adjacent teeth from shifting. These procedures tend to cost more than endodontic treatment and appropriate restoration. With root canal treatment you save your natural teeth and money.

Will the tooth need any special care or additional treatment after endodontic treatment?
You should not chew or bite on the treated tooth until you have had it restored by your dentist. The unrestored tooth is susceptible to fracture, so you should see your dentist for a full restoration as soon as possible. Otherwise, you need only practice good oral hygiene, including brushing, flossing, and regular checkups and cleanings.

Most endodontically treated teeth last as long as other natural teeth. In a few cases, a tooth that has undergone endodontic treatment does not heal or the pain continues. Occasionally, the tooth may become painful or diseased months or even years after successful treatment. Often when this occurs, redoing the endodontic procedure can save the tooth.

What causes an endodontically treated tooth to need additional treatment?
New trauma, deep decay, or a loose, cracked or broken filling can cause new infection in your tooth. In some cases, the endodontist may discover additional very narrow or curved canals that could not be treated during the initial procedure.

Can all teeth be treated endodontically?
Most teeth can be treated. Occasionally, a tooth can’t be saved because the root canals are not accessible, the root is severely fractured, the tooth doesn’t have adequate bone support, or the tooth cannot be restored. However, advances in endodontics are making it possible to save teeth that even a few years ago would have been lost. When endodontic treatment is not effective, endodontic surgery may be able to save the tooth.

Your Natural Teeth
Saving your natural tooth should always be your first choice when dental care is needed. Nothing, not even the most advanced bridges and implants, can truly replace your natural tooth.

  • If your dentist recommends extracting your tooth, ask if it can be saved with an endodontic procedure, also known as root canal treatment. Endodontic treatment removes the injured pulp (soft inner tissue) of your tooth and fills and seals the space. Your tooth is then restored and can function just like any other tooth for the rest of your life, ensuring comfortable chewing and a natural appearance.
  • Although some general dentists perform root canal procedures, many refer their patients to endodontists. Endodontists are specialists who have two to three years’ additional training after dental school and limit their practices to endodontic procedures. They can often save the most severely injured teeth.
  • If your tooth cannot be saved — and some cannot — you may consider replacements such as a bridge or dental implant. Your options may depend upon the condition of surrounding teeth and bone structure.

Myths About Root Canals

There are many misconceptions surrounding root canal (endodontic) treatment. The American Association of Endodontists wants you to have accurate information. As always, when considering any medical procedure, you should get as much information as you can about all of your options. Your dentist or endodontist can answer many of your questions, and if you still have concerns, it is often wise to seek a second opinion.



Myth 1—Root canal treatment is painful.

Truth—Root canal treatment doesn't cause pain, it relieves it.
Most patients see their dentist or endodontist when they have a severe toothache. The toothache can be caused by damaged tissues in the tooth. NOTED : so what shuld i do? hmmmm........i still survey for the cost now....n have meet some dentists (govt)...they shall called me for nex appointment....

FRIEND vs STALKER!


guess wut? m having a nightmare! i dont noe wut u guys do if u had ur own admirers...i mean...psycho one!they follow you wherever you go or in other words.. STALKER!!check ur pictures, find out wut u do everyday, follow u and show up wherever u are, send unwanted emails or gifts....thts such an annoying...!! and i dont noe how to handle this....i mean..if i ignore them i might hurt their feeling and i may put things into trouble..wut if they act aggresively? threaten to hurt me or my family or my frens...thts wut i mean..sometimes i cant even breathe! not tht i mean m hot! but thts wut happen to me now! i need help! plus...i think it is not right to tell the whole story here...but i need to unblock wut is hidden in my mind!


i noe if they are malays it would be no problem coz we noe our culture very well....plus malays are more likely to hide their feelings if they like someone...but stalker tht m talking rite now are not malays....n absolutely not malaysian!


i told one of my fren about this and she keeps saying tht it is my fault cos m the one who intrested to noe them...Yes i am...but to be honest i just wanted to be fren...not more than that...plus is not wrong to build a relationship in respect to friendship is it? and is not wrong if u intend to build a bridge between you n them for the sake of Allah....change opinion and all things...right? so she cant simply put all the blame on me alone! maybe she dont understand...but i appreciated tht...n take her saying as an advice....


so this guy keep pushing me to give him an answer..." fren or bf?" and when i said " we just fren" he accused me of his heart broken..is tht my fault? i dont noe how to handle this....plus i do really like him as a fren cos he has help me a lot...n i dont wanna lose this friendship because of his stupid feeling towards me!

Perang dgn DIRI


rasa sangat release ketika menulis blog neh.....terima kasih kepadaNya kerana memberikn ak kekuatan ini hingga aku mampu tersenyum walaupun hati berkecamuk =) benarlah kata owg .... hanya Pencipta yg mahu mendengar rintihan hati seorang hamba.....sungguh sedih apabila aku hampir lupa....lupa pada yang Maha mendengar....

" Sesuatu yang kita cinta sebenarnya hanyalah ujian dari Allah" ~ terbaca tulisan karya Pahrol Mohd Juoi mengatakan Allah memberi cinta sebagai ujian, cinta lah berpada-pada apabila nanti Allah menguji kita dengannya kita tidak akan terlalu menderita~

Sesuatu yang kita cinta pada saya sebagai manusia yang baru mengenal cinta sangat teruja dengan perasaan cinta tersebut...kabur...dan lama2 buta dengan cinta....xnmpak yang sebenarnya cinta itulah musuh paling besar dalam hidup. Pengajaran hidup amat mendewasakan aku... " xpe amiklah ini sbg pengajaran"

Salah sendiri kerana terlalu percayakan cinta, yakin dengan cinta lebih dr yakin dengan CINTA yang pastinya amat setia menugguku....

cintalah yang telah menggaburi mata untuk merindui CINTA~

aku percayakan cinta.....lupa pada CINTA, yakin yang cinta dapat mendidiku ke arah CINTA, namun cinta juga manusia sepertiku, lemah! CINTA masih menanti aku kembali,....ak berlayar bersama cinta...hanyut jauh tanpa arah~

akhirnya cinta meninggalkan aku....dengan layar yang cinta berikan untukku.....aku sesat.....aku xpandai menggunakan layar itu....sampai hati cinta!!!...setelah memujuku berlayar bersama ditinggalkan saat2 akhir~ ak terkontang kanting ditengah lautan.....layar yang diberikan patah~

tp.....CINTA masih ada ~ CINTA sentiasa ada bersamaku.....cuma aku lupa pada CINTA sebab terlalu cinta pada cinta~

Akhirnya~ aku kembali kepada CINTA~ alhamdullulliah~ terlalu malu dengan CINTA, terasa kerdil dengan CINTA......

aku xlayak dicintai kerana tidak mencintai!!

good conversation~

i was jus hv a nice chat with my frens....we shared stories...love life...career....study....n i found out tht our conversation change from time to time..i mean...we used to talk about freinds when we are still young...then when we reach a teenage life it differs...we start to talk about boys, hobby, friends, love life, secret admirers and all those things like a teenage would hv.......then came to enter university's life....we change again...most chatting goes to study, quizzes, lecturers,friends, boyfriends, scandals....now m turning 24 and again conversation change whenever i hang out with my friends...we start to talk about work, career, working environment, lifestyle, POLITICS, this is a fact tht i accept sometimes...age really play an important role in leading one conversation....and at a very different level....i wont speak about boys whenever i had conversation with my cousins most age around 6-13 yrs old...n i wont talk about marriage life whenever m with my lil sis...sometimes we hv something in common...i would become me 13 yrs old back then whenever m with her...so thts wut i mean diffrent level...some people might not really enjoy with some discussion on certain topic..thus they would probably take little attention on wut we are saying or discuss... me also sometimes like tht...especially when my friends start to talk about their love life...kinda bored unless u said something tht is informative...tht can be useful when u enter to any kind of relationship...



sometimes i feel insulted especially when the discussion is aimed at me....i try to brush it off and going with the flow....have a dry sense of humour...thts standard of life , sometimes we feel tht way...so we hv to be aware of tht...specially when we talk to someone tht's not at our level of thinking...it is always happen to me....most of the time i just nod my head even though i disagree with some of their words.....dont be so "show off" like u know everything, in facts try to accept their opinion..we would end up with a great conversation.

plus...something tht i wanna share...if u seen someone among ur frens n family or even neighbours do something wrong and u wanting to put things right, wut would you do?

yes ! give them advice

but will they accept it? some people feel hard to accept other's advice......it's happen to me many times...wut i do is i make it as fun...i try to make it funny...so tht nobody will get hurt....thts the way i give my advice....but sometimes it depends....if someone seeking an advice from me i'd rather be serious in putting myself in her/his shoes.....n try to understand their situation...most importantly you have to :

1) feel love

2) sincere to help

3) focus n listen

4) accept n adapt n

5) willing to participate in the situation

thts enuf to make one's smile.......and if it is getting worse just keep quiet.....silent means everything....
is different when u talk to someone who is married....but i enjoy talk to them...listen to their advice bc they hv more experince as compared to us....in other words to prepare myself to enter tht phase... think before u say something coz it might hurts someone's feeling...dont be overeacting when speaking to someone bc a great talker is a great lier =)

Women's Rights


Women's Rights In Islam
The Conditions of Women in Arabia Before Islam

In those days before Islam, women were treated like slaves or property. Their personal consent concerning anything related to their well-being was considered unimportant, to such a degree that they were never even treated as a party to a marriage contract.Women were used for one purpose, and then discarded. They had no independence, could own no property and were not allowed to inherit. In times of war, women were treated as part of the prize. Simply put, their condition was unspeakable.In addition, the birth of a daughter in a family was not an occasion for rejoicing, but was regarded with humiliation. The practice of killing female children was uncontrolled.With the advent of Islam came the verse from the Quran condemning those who practiced female infanticide:

"And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonor or bury her in the earth? Certainly, evil is their decision."(An-Nahl 16:58-59)

And as part of a description of various events on the Day of Judgment, the Quran mentions:

"And when the female (infant) buried alive (as the pagan Arabs used to do)shall be questioned. For what sin she was killed? (At-Takwir 81:8-9)


Outside Arabia conditions for women were no better. In India, Egypt, and all European countries in the Dark Ages, women were treated worse than slaves. They were not regarded as human beings but as sort of a sub-species between humans and animals.

Allah (SWT) Gave the Arab Women Their Rights


The rights of Muslim women were given to us by Allah (SWT), who is All-Compassionate, All-Merciful, All-Just, All-Unbiased, All-Knowing and Most Wise. These rights, which were granted to women more than 1400 years ago, and were taught by the perfect example of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), were given by the one Who created us and Who alone knows what rights are best for our female natures. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:

"O You who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will, and you should not treat them with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at time of marriage) you have given them, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse. And live with them honorably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah bringsthrough it a great deal of good." (An-Nisa 4:19)


The most basic right of a woman in Islam is the knowledge and recognition that she never has to ask or demand or fight for her rights which are guaranteed to her by Allah (SWT) Himself.


Rights That Islam Gives to Women

Human Rights

Islam considers a woman to be equal to a man as a human being and as his partner in this life. Women have been created with a soul of the same nature as man’s. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:

"O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife (Eve), and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is Ever and All-Watcher over you." (Al-Nisa 4:1)

And in the words of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW),

"Assuredly, women are the twin halves of men." (Sahih reported by Abu-Dawud (RA)


Islam does not blame Eve alone for the First Sin. The Quran makes it very clear that both Adam and Eve were tempted, that they both sinned and were both forgiven after their repentance. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:

"Then Satan whispered suggestions to them both in order to uncover that which was hidden from them of their private parts (before); he said: "Your Lord did not forbid you this tree save you should become angels or become of the immortals." And he (Satan) swore by Allah to them both (saying): "Verily, I am one of the sincere well-wishers for you both." So he mislead them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame (private parts) became manifest to them and they began to stick together the leaves of Paradise over themselves (in order to cover their shame). And their Lord called out to them (saying): "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Satan is an open enemy unto you?" They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers." (Allah) said: "Get down, one of you an enemy to the other (i.e. Adam, Eve, and Satan, etc.). On earth will be a dwelling-place for you and an enjoyment, - for a time." He said: "Therein you shall live, and therein you shall die, and from it you shall be brought out (i.e. resurrected)."(Al-A’raf 7:20-25)


In Islamic law a woman is an independent, unique individual in her own right. She has the same responsibilities towards herself, towards Allah (SWT) and towards other human beings as the male, and will be punished or rewarded in the Hereafter without discrimination towards her female gender.

Civil Rights

There is no compulsion in religion according to the Quran:
"There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut [anything worshipped other then the Real God (Allah)] and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower."(Al-Baqarah 2:256)


A Muslim woman is not permitted to change her family name to her husband’s name upon marriage. She is always known by her father’s name, as a mark of her own identity. In choosing a marriage partner, her consent to accept or reject any prospective suitor for marriage must be respected.

A Muslim woman has the right to seek divorce, if necessary within the laws of Islam. Muslim Women Have the Right to Go Outside of Her Home . Muslim women are not forbidden from going out in the community, working, or visiting relatives and female friends, if there is no objection from their guardian/husband and they are covered and behave and speak according to Islamic guidelines and, if necessary, escorted by their Mahram (a close male relative). However, a woman’s home should be the main base that she works from. Allah (SWT) instructed the wife’s of the Prophet (SAW):


"O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech, lest he is whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy or evil desire for adultery, etc.) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honorable manner. And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance, and offer prayers perfectly (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah wishes only to remove Ar-Rijs (evil deeds and sins, etc.) from you, O members of the family [of the Prophet (SAW)], and to purify you with a thorough purification." (Al-Ahzab 33:32-33)

A Woman in Islam Has the Right to Get an Education

In the words of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW):


"To seek knowledge is obligatory on every Muslim."(Declared Authentic By Shaikh Muhammad Naasir-ud-Deen Al-Albaani)

Muslim here meaning male and female Muslims, as women are the twin halves of men. The Prophet (SAW) also said:

"Whoever follows a way to seek knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a way to paradise." (Declared Authentic By Shaikh Muhammad Naasir-ud-Deen Al-Albaani)

A woman in Islam has the right to knowledge and education. Allah (SWT) encourages women to read and keep up the learning process. He also bestows His mercy upon all who seek knowledge, and gives them high status:


"Is one who is obedient to Allah, prostrating himself or standing (in prayer) during the hours of the night, fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the Mercy of his Lord (like one who disbelieves)? Say: "Are those who know equal to those who know not?" It is only men of understanding who will remember (i.e. get a lesson from Allah’s Signs and Verses). (Az-Zumar 39:9)

"O you who believe! When you are told to make room in the assemblies, (spread out and) make room. Allah will give you (ample) room (from His Mercy). And when you are told to rise up (for prayers, Jihad, or for any other good deed), rise up. Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge. And Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do. (Al-Mujadilah 58:11)


This is referring to religious knowledge, in the first place, and to any other kind of knowledge, in the second place, where one has the intention of benefiting herself, her family and the Islamic society. Additionally, a husband should not forbid his wife from going out of the house to seek basic religious knowledge, unless he is teaching her at home. The Quran advises mankind to pray:

The Right to Go to the Mosque


The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:


"If someone’s wife asks his permission to go to the mosque, he should not deny it to her."
Women should be covered Islamically, according to the Muslim woman's dress requirements .At the same time, a woman’s prayer in her home is better, from the standpoint of her household duties and duties as a mother. Also it is better in the sense that it prevents unnecessary mixing with men. The Prophet (SAW) also stated on another occasion:

"But their homes are better for them." (Reported by Abu Dawud and Ahmed)

Islam Gives Men and Women Equal Rights


In reality, and in Islam, the rights and responsibilities of a woman are equal to those of man, but they are not necessarily identical with them. Equality and sameness are two very different things. I think you’ll agree that, for one thing, women and men are physically very different from one another, although they are equal to each other in other important ways.In the West, women may be doing the same job that men do, but their wages are often less. The rights of Western women in modern times were not created voluntarily, or out of kindness to the female. The modern Western woman reached her present position by force, and not through natural processes or mutual consent of Divine teachings. She had to force her way, and various circumstances aided her.


Shortage of manpower during wars, pressure of economic needs and requirement of industry forced women to leave their homes to work, struggling for their livelihood, to appear equal to men. Whether all women are sincerely pleased with these circumstances, and whether they are happy and satisfied with the results, is a different matter.


But the fact remains that whatever rights modern Western women have, they fall short of those of her Muslim counterpart! Islam has given woman what duties her female nature. It gives her full security and protects her against becoming what Western modern women themselves complain against: a "mere sex object."

The Right to Seek Employment


If you take a look at many societies today, a woman is only valued and considered important if she performs the functions of a man, (while at the same time displaying her feminine attractions to the public). While these women may carry the immense responsibility of bearing and rearing children, you have to admit that they may still be at par with men in nearly every area of life.


The result is the present-day confusion concerning sex role differentiation, resulting in very large numbers of divorces and emotionally distraught children.In Islam, however, the value and importance of women in society and the true measure of their success as human beings, is measured with completely different criteria: their fear of Allah (SWT) and obedience to Him, and fulfillment of the duties He has entrusted them with, particularly that of bearing, rearing and teaching children.


Nevertheless, Islam is a practical religion, and responds to human needs and life situations. Many women need, or wish, to work for various reasons. For example, they may possess a needed skill, such as a teacher or a doctor.While Islam does not prohibit women working outside the home, it does stipulate that the following restrictions be followed to safeguard the dignity and honor of women and the purity and stability of the Islamic society, (the conduct of women, after all, is the "backbone" of any society):


1. Outside employment should not come before, or seriously interfere with her responsibilities as wife and mother.


2. Her work should not be a source of friction within the family, and the husband’s consent is required in order to eliminate later disagreements. If she is not married, she must have her guardian’s consent.


3. Her appearance, manner and tone of speech and overall behavior should follow Islamic guidelines. These include: restraining her glances in relation to any men near the work place, wearing correct Islamic dress, avoiding men, not walking in a provocative manner, and not using make-up or perfume in public.


4. Her job should not be one which causes moral corruption in society, or involve any prohibited trade or activity, affect her own religion, morals, dignity and good behavior, or subject her to temptations.


5. Her job should not be one which is mixing and associating with men.


6. A woman should try to seek employment in positions which require a woman’s special skills, or which relate to the needs of women and children, such as teaching, nursing other women, midwifery, medicine with specialization’s like pediatric or obstetrics-gynecology.

A Muslim Woman is Required to Dress a Certain Way When She Goes Out in Public
For a Muslim woman, her modest dress is an expression of a universal sisterhood. An Islamic dress also liberates the Muslim woman, and she is then automatically respected for her mind instead of her body.


For me, muslims women can dress anything as long as it is not against the shariah....

PALESTINE ISSUES~

ISRAEL WILL BE PALESTINE

A meeting between Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad and Israeli deputy foreign minister Danny Ayalon ended abruptly Wedensday. The dispute followed the Israeli deputy foreign minister's demand that the meeting's summary should refer to the notion of 'two states for two peoples,' rather than just 'two states.'
"I wanted that at the very least it will note two states for two peoples. I demanded to know what they meant. One Palestinian state and one bi-national state, or another Palestinian state?" the deputy minister told Ynet. "I made it clear that we were out of the picture if the summary didn't say two states for two peoples."

The Palestinian PM could not accept such a demand for very many reasons: Israel is located on historic Palestine. It came to life through robbery and ethnic cleansing. It is maintained by theft. At least a fifth of Israel's population are Palestinians. And if this is not enough, not a single living Palestinian negotiator is ever going to let the refugee issue go, and for a good reason. The right of return is still the crux of the Palestinian cause.

Interestingly enough, within the context of the two states solution, a Palestinian state would be geographically defined: it would be a state of its citizens, and it would also be a civilised amalgam of different ethnicities and religions. Israel, on the other hand, would be a racially orientated setting: it would be the Jewish State, where Jews come first. I wonder why anyone in the international community would support such a solution or such a state. However, I wasn't surprised to read in Ynet that Tony Blair, who participated in the earlier part of the meeting yesterday, "supported the Israeli stance." I guess that after dragging us all into a religious war with no end, Blair has developed an affinity with Judeo-centric arguments and the Zionist way of thinking. After all, let's not forget, it was Zionist Lord Levy and the Labour Friends of Israel who funded his party at the time it launched the war in Iraq.

It also shouldn't take us by surprise that the current rounds of talks are leading nowhere. In fact, given that Zionism does not include peaceful political precepts, the Israel-Palestine conflict cannot be resolved by the current peace talks or any kind of resolution dominated by the Zionist worldview. The Jewish state presents itself as a revival of the Biblical Israelite nation, and this means, in practice, a disastrous conflict with no end. This conflict is probably the greatest threat to world peace, but it is certainly tragic also for Israelis who are being born into a doomed reality set by a phantasmic Biblical tale.

In the meeting, Ayalon said that "Israel will continue to support the Palestinian economy, even without its consent," but he also noted that "Israel's security needs must also be taken into consideration."

Instead of being motivated by a sincere desire for peace and a spirit of reconciliation, Israeli policy makers are committed to the philosophy of 'carrot and stick': they offer a combination of 'rewards' and 'punishment' to induce 'good subservient behaviour' amongst the Palestinians. The Palestinians are constantly offered very little while at the same time, the IDF is ready to unleash its deadly might.

Israelis are basically buying time, yet, by doing so, they clearly sacrifice their future. It is no secret that for Palestinians to win, all they need is time.
The 'two states solution' is a futile idea and it is about time the international community stopped wasting any effort in trying to achieve such a resolution. The facts on the ground are clear, as Daniel McGowan clearly suggested a few months ago: "Within the current borders controlled by Israel (including pre-1967 Israel, the West Bank, Gaza and the Golan Heights) there is in fact a single state. It has one electrical grid, one water system, one currency, one major highway system, one postal service, and one external border. Goods and people entering this de facto state come through harbors, airports, and a restricted number of crossings. Bills of lading and passports are checked and stamped by officials of this single state."
This one state is momentarily called Israel, and it is dominated ideologically by Jewish racism and fuelled practically by Talmudic supremacy. However, this will change. Against all odds, the Israeli nuclear power, Jewish lobbies around the world, F-35 stealth planes and Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Ayalon's enthusiasm, Israel will become a state of its citizens and by the time this happens, it will be called Palestine.

note : history wrote very well....thats all i can say...peace settlement do not give any solution...thus it remains the same...the issue will continue....refresh our memory by revisit the history relating to the establishment of Israel in 1948, it was Britain that brought jews to enter Palestinian land under the Balfour Declaration, in that agreement British recognised jewish people to live under the land of Palestine i.e establish the homeland for the jewish...This British policy tht stated :


His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country." Lets us scrutiny the history of jews...even before the holocaust, jewish people had no home due to anti-semitism and discrimination, that brought them to migrate to Palestine, US and england. During Nazi's rule, almost 6 million jews were murdered in the World War 2.

slaughter of innocent men, women and children in Gaza by Israel’s military, supported by the United States, Britain and the European Union is another example of the brutality of the strong against the weak and illustrates also the double standards, hypocrisy and the failure by the international community to condemn the crimes committed by the most powerful military power in the Middle-East against the long suffering defenceless Palestinians. So where is justice they are talking about??

Meanwhile the Palestinians have been subjected to condemnation for defending as best they could but the Western Press played up the futile retaliation by the Palestinians as terrorism. That the Israelis attack, kill, destroy and arrest Palestinians thus terrifying them does not make them terrorists.

~The fog of wars has blurred our vision and our ability to grasp the fundamental truth that only in peace, will we find justice.

There cannot be justice when men, women and children are massacred with impunity, massacred legitimately!

There cannot be justice, when children are denied their basic right to education and to realise their fullest potential!

There cannot be justice when there is no hope for a better future!

This is not a religious war. The Jews have been living in Muslim land for centuries. In fact they seek refuge in Muslim land from the oppressions and pogroms of the Europeans. But if the Jews reward their Arab hosts by seizing their land then they and their European invaders will have to pay the price.

The tragedy of Gaza will be repeated again and again. But those who think that the Palestinian will be cowed into submission are mistaken. For every Gazan killed many will replace them. Even i think peaceful settlement also cannot erased the issue~

addicted to painkiller now...drugs seems so easy to get into my body....HEADACHE!

too much for me...too much!

Allah has revealed in the Qur’an that He will test Muslims in various ways until the end of their lives. Most important thing is we must bear in mind that if someone encounters a difficulty, or something that is hard to deal with, that means Allah has also given them the strength to overcome the matter and succeed in the test. MasyaAllah.....sometimes i also go astray...unfotunately forgot where i come from...too many things happened make me realize that m not alone in this world...my Creator is there with me whenever others turn around when am in need.....


i still remember this qoute from someone ( forgot his name...sorry) he said that "Someone who dedicates every moment of his life to Allah and lives in submission to Him will display the same submission, trust in Allah and calm in the face of difficulties. No matter what the trouble, difficulty or complexity of the situation confronting him, the believer knows, right from the outset, that they will be easy to overcome for someone who has faith"~ turn to Allah..He a good planner for His creature...He know wut we dont know.


" As for those who are patient and firm and who have Taqwaa, they will gain ascendancy in this life and glory and honor with their Lord on the Day of Judgement. And Allaah says: "So give the glad tidings to the patient ones."[Surah Al-Baqarah: 155] And He says: "Verily, the patient ones will be given their reward without any reckoning." WRITING A THESIS PROPOSAL ( PROF. RASHID MOTEN)



Writing a Thesis Proposal


A thesis proposal is a document that proposes a research project. A research project addresses a research problem. This problem is framed as a research question for which the thesis will offer an answer or solution.


Goal of a thesis proposal
Your thesis proposal must convince me that the research project is feasible. Feasible means
that the project should be undertaken, i.e. that it is an important question for your field that should be researched,
that it is possible, i.e. that you know how to approach and execute the project,
that you know that there is sufficient data, and
that you can do the project in the required timeframe.


Importance of writing a strong thesis proposal


A clearly defined research problem (or question) is central to the success of a research project. It helps you to determine that your project is doable before you begin writing the thesis.
In addition, if you take the time to clearly describe your project in your proposal, you will be able to write your thesis faster and more easily because you will have solidified key elements. Also, the thesis proposal can be used as a guide to help you stay on track while writing your thesis.
Sections of a thesis proposal


A thesis proposal usually contains some formulation of the following sections:


~statement of the research question
~rationale for the research project
~literature review
~theoretical / conceptual framework
~methodology
~research design – a plan outlining how and when each step of the project will be done


Statement of the research question


~The research question drives your entire research project, so it is important to state it clearly. ~To identify your research question, it may be useful to respond to the following questions:
~What do you want to argue?
~Why? Why is this important? Why do you think you should argue it in a thesis?
~What directed you to this argument?
~What question sparked your research into your topic?


Rationale


After stating the research question, you must convince me that your research project is worthwhile. Think about the present factors, such as a lack of research on your topic. Then consider the future implications, what your project will contribute to your field, in order to demonstrate the validity of your project.
~Why is it important that a study be done on this topic? What new insights would this bring?
~Have no studies been done by other people (which will be revealed in a literature review)?
~Have some studies been done which missed aspects of the problem you think are important?
~Would the results of such a study provide valuable information needed to solve a certain problem?
~Would the results open up possibilities for further research?


Literature Review


A literature review allows you to show that you are familiar with the literature pertinent to your topic. In addition, by identifying elements of your topic that have not been written about, a literature review helps you to show the importance of your decision to conduct research and write on your topic with the approach you have chosen.


What kinds of literature do you have to read in order to determine what has been written on your topic? Why?


What has been written on your topic? By whom?


In all that you read, what does it tell you? What does it not tell you? Why are both of these important for your topic?


Theoretical Framework



The theoretical framework is the viewpoint or angle from which you are approaching your topic. This framework should enable you to ask questions of a topic that could not be asked (or could not be asked as effectively) without it.




~On what basis are you making your arguments?
~What assumptions or presuppositions are you bringing to your work? Why?
~How are these based in a theoretical framework?
~What does your theoretical framework enable you to do with your topic?
~Remember the distinction between theoretical framework and framework for analysis.


Methodology


Your methodology comprises the various methods and material that you will use to obtain and analyze the information necessary to answer your research question. Be careful not to simply describe your methodology, you must also justify it. This means explaining why a particular choice of methodology will enable you to do a project that will produce results that are new or unique.
- How are you going to do your project?
- What research methods will you use? (Qualitative? Quantitative?) Why?
- What material will you use? (Types of books? Interviews? Analytical tools?) Why?
- How do particular methodologies allow you to address different questions?
- What are the strengths of your methods and materials? What are their weaknesses?




REMEMBER:


Each of the sections of your proposal represents an element of the larger project. Accordingly, each section you write should represent an essential element of your thesis project.


When writing each section,
Always keep in mind the project as a whole. Make sure that everything you write helps to make that project possible.


Ask yourself,


~What does the section contribute to the project?
~How is the section essential to the project as a whole?
~How would the project look without the section?

In your own words, what are the important lessons that may be derived from the history of ancient and medieval western political thought?

In my opinion, there are many important lessons that can be derived from the history of ancient and medieval western political thought such for example, the development of knowledge, the establishment of state, cultural development, organization of law and many other contributions that we can see throughout the history. During the time of Plato, it is the period of ‘dark ages’ where people are low in their intellectuality and this has led man to the no where. Plato at that time more focused on knowledge in order to make people move forward and develop a better society. When people realize that knowledge is important, they start to develop step by step until they reach at certain level which makes them develop intellectually and discover and inventing new things in order to move a better living. During that time, people start to study human nature and acquired knowledge and the main characteristic during that time was the focus on humanocentrism which more focus on human. In addition, Plato are much emphasized on knowledge as he argued that knowledge as absolute that can explain the nature of human existence. For Plato, he said that only knowledge that can produce virtue and only knowledge that can bring man out of the state of ignorance. It is relevant to our daily life, where knowledge is important that determines the level of civilization attained by any human community. Knowledge means power and power is one form of success and therefore knowledge is success, success in any field that make human community moving to the next level of life.

Furthermore, the major contribution during the ancient period is also the study of philosophy and also the development of state. When man start to discover, they realize the need for an institution to govern them and that is where the government institution emerge and it is where civilization begin. Aristotle for example, he believe that people are basically good and they constantly seek for moral perfection and men according to him are social being by nature that is men need each other in order to survive in this world, thus, for Aristotle the formation of state emerge due to the reason of humans interaction. Therefore, when state emerge, a big community will also emerge and a big community develop complex relationship between its members and that is why it has to have a leadership ( a ruler), a stratified society with codes and conducts, division of labor, security and so on. All these things emerge as a result of human intellectual movement. Besides, the emergence of state also led to the expansion of territorial. Plato’s idea of the rise and decline of the state also give a big impact on the civilization, according to him, state will decline is due to the fact that there is no moral and ethics, for him, ethics and politics can not be separated and this idea is relevant until today as we can see what happen to the world today where man are being regulated by his own desire. Aristotle also mention about this when he said that man should rule according to his knowledge acquired and not by using his emotional to judge.

In addition to that, during medieval period, we can see the improvement of the society where there is the invention of religion, belief and values are more being emphasized, man start to discover the important of religion. In addition, there are also the emergences of the organization of law. Like for example, St Augustine believe that only law of God that can ensure the happiness in human life. To add, according to Cicero, law is the highest reason that tells man what should do and what should not do. Law can fully develop human mind. It is law that can guide man to the right path. In addition, the societies also began to separated, ( during that time protestant and orthodox Christian) and it is the result of what we called civilization where man are more and more advance in thinking, the religion become dominant and people are separated based on what they are believing in.

There are many other ideas, ideologies, perceptions that can be derive from ancient and medieval thought like for example the form of government such as democracy as what Plato said ‘ the rule by the many’, communism, private and public ownership and so on. The division of labor emerge and the idea of slavery that are still occurred in our modern world. Is also bring about the era of scientific revolution where people are more emphasized on science and technology. Today more and more people have access to a higher education than ever before in order to move at the next level and improve the quality of life in human society as I mention earlier that knowledge determines the height of civilization achieved by the society. Based on this, I can conclude that, during ancient and medieval time, there are lots of contributions that we can derive from and it is still relevant in this world as we can see that modernization is happening everywhere, the system change and the society move forward.

di mana DIA di hatiku ?


" Takutkan neraka bwat kita xmalu minta syurga, tp kenapa masih xmalu bwat dosa?"

semakin dibilek helaian buku tulisan pahrol muhd juoi ni...semakin pedih hati...betol...kekadang kita lupa...especially msa sibuk.....kekadang byk bwat dosa....terasa diri xberguna....tiada CINTA...sunyi....sbb apa?? sbb tiada DIA...

YA ALLAH
berikan hati yg lain
hati yang yang lebih yakin
hati yg lunak
agar mampu mencintai-MU

Emas perlu ditempa, Intan perlu digilap,
mungkin begitula jiwa manusia
ditempa oleh ujian, digilap melalui kesusahan
sengatan ujian tu sakit tp akhirnya akan beroleh ketenangan hati
lali dengan kegagalan dan kekecewaan pada masa kini dan msa akan dtg...

apa yg tekandung dalam hati, luahkan
berikan hati itu ubat
ubatkn dia dengan ayat2 suci Al-Quran
Allah jadikan sesuatu dengan tujuan

YAKINLAH

semalam singgah bazaar...sorang2 ( xde laa sedih pon) then ternampak si budak kecik neh.....sgt nakal....lari sana...lari sini.....Si ayah pandang dengan bengis ( nak marah ramai yg tgk barangkali)....Si budak kecik neh xendahkah Si ayah....Si ayah masih bersabar.....ikut si anak......si anak sgt2 nakal....Si ayah bersabar....kemudian dtg Si emak....dengan ank kecil...masih kecil.....Si emak tegur Si anak nakal....Si anak masih lari ke sana sini...Si ayah kelihatan marah....tinggalkan Si Emak dgn Si anak nakal dan Si anak kecil........makin penatlah Si emak yg kelihatanya juga seperti bekerjaya...........

kecian tgk family neh...Si ayah kenapa lepas tgn?marah boleh disimpan...kesian laa dgn isteri....bawak si ank kecil lg...dgn Si anak nakal......bukankah kerjasama itu perlu dalam rumahtangga???hmmmmm....( xmacho laaaa)

apa kena mengena dgn aku? ADA.....dalam memilh suami ( haha) ... itu laaa....zaman bercinta lain dengan berumahtanga ( mcm pro je...ok sy byk bc!!!!).....lain...sgt lain.....

Mengikut syariat Islam, kemas rumh, masak, bukan tugas isteri semata-mata....suami pon perlu turut sama.....bukankah itu lebih baik?

Mengemis Kasih-MU
TUHAN dulu pernah aku menagih simpati
kepada manusia yang alpa jua buta
lalu terheretlah aku di lorong gelisah
luka hati yang berdarah kini jadi kian parah

semalam sudah sampai ke penghujungnya
kisah seribu duka ku harap sudah berlalu
tak ingin lagi kuulangi kembali
gerak dosa yang menghiris hati

TUHAN
dosaku menggunung tinggi
tapi rahmat-MU melangit luas
harga selautan syukurku
hanyalah setitis nikmatMu di bumi

TUHAN
walaupun taubat sering ku mungkir
namunpengampunanMU tak pernah bertepi
bila selangkah kurapat padaMu
seribu langkah KAU rapat padaku......
