Healthy life

Salam semua!

i noe my blog xkonsisten but I try to be more relevant in term of no internet connection at home. huahuahuahua. so i update lah yg dah lepas 1 ari ok. is it ok? heheh

so yesterday as usual wake up early cos it is monday...the moan day. i take nescafe and 2 slices of bread. then kerja n kerja. lunch hour i take bihun sup...

usually after work il go for jog at taman tasik titiwangsa. normally i will make 2 round plus walking from celcom to titiwangsa total distance pegi-balik is about 7km ( campuq 2 pusingn tasik tuh) so thats ok lah.
but yesterday we only jog 1 and half round je. so ok lah dr x work out pape.

and dinner i took vege soup. so,

breakfast : nes n 2 slices of bread
Lunch : Bihun Sup
Dinner : Vege soup

milestone : 55kg
current : 62 kg

*berat masih xturun! uwarghhhhhhhhh

healthy life

assalamualaikum

hye semua! update utk healthy life kali nih. this weekend, i xjog, but i walk around my apartment je. so ok lah kot. i got fever sumore asek batuk2. pagi i woke up at 9! ok 9!!lewat kn? so never mind lah! memula nk jog tp body kena ikat kt katil berat sgt nk bgn lepas subuh tido balik. so xbuat pape lah. do laundry. n cri benda nk masak penat mikor ape nk makan yg xgemok! then yg nih je makan utk weekend, saturday, 15.12.2012

breakfast - roti n milo.
lunch - bihun goreng kampung TERBAIKKK GILE PEDAS
dinner- milo panas + oren sebijik

*bihun tuh buat sendiri hokey. sbb me n faiz suka mkn bihun kt murni tuh. bihun goreng kampung. so i pon balik try la buat sendri. tp ikan bilis xde. so i ganti ngn udang geragau. sedap boleh tahan jugak! sengaja buat pedas sbb suka pedas. and sebab nk diet. i guna minimum minyak masak. ckit je minyak! tumis n ganti ngn air.so nnt cili tuh akan masak jugak. kreatif lah ckit, jadi je bihun goreng tuh!cuma rasa dia pedas la. sbb sengaja buat pedas.

then ptg i xexercise sgt buat jalan around apartment je. then balik umah mandi. n jalan lagi kt pasar mlm cri DVD sbb gile bapak bosan kt umah. mlm i xmakan sbb lunch mkn lewat kol 4 bru mkn. so mlm minum milo and oren sebijik.

then the nex day HANCUQ DIET sbb ada wedding. huhuhu. pagi tuh i tido je sbb demam! faiz suruh mam ubat and sambung tido. so i did as he told me so. huuu


Breakfast : nescafe + roti
Lunch : nasik beriani
Dinner : bihun goreng

no exercise!

Healthy life

assalamualaikum all!

smile smile! hee. alrite, i dah lama x tulis cerita bru cos i dont hv internet at home. ( tu pon kalo ada org yg bc my blog lah kn?) hee . dah bc tajuk tuh?? tuh yg kt atas tu? hehe so that s my activity now. since i gain weight lately plus stress and all i decided to live my life in a healthy way. actually i ve started about a month now. but we put it 1st day ok!ok ? ok!

ok to be honest my weight is 63 kg and height is 160cm. so i think im a big berat. supposely my weight should be 55kg or less. the most weight i gain is 64kg!!! ok hg jgn tekejut!mmg 64kg! the most part i hate is my butt n my thigh!sbb kt situ besaq! xsuka! because i gain weight, i decided to loose some!

first yg i buat! i dont take any food! mmg xsehat! plus muka pon xbersih. jerawat naik, why? because ur body didnt received enough vitamins. plus i got back pain and my feet slalu cramp mlm2. i went to see a doc and he said that i have less calcium...hmm see xsehat kn? u xmakan, u skip meals, u skip dinner, but ur body xsehat. is not worth anything pon! plus u xmakan, it is not fat that is burn but ur muscle shrink n it is not healthy due to ur body doesnt consumes much vitamins that a body needs.

until i found my trainer. shes my colleague. shes a mother with two kids. i was motivated by her actually. so she said, if u want to lose weight u need to be balance. balance here means, u  have to diet n exercise at the same time. kalo diet je. xmakan tuh xmakan nih u xsehat, n diet u xakan jalan. so first step yg u must have to lose weight is to find ur DIET MATE!!!!

1) FIND UR DIET MATE

why is it so important? because when u find ur diet-mate, ull have a strong determination. u akan ada motivasi untuk kurus secara sehat. jagan cri yg hangat2 tahik ayam tuh. kejap on kejap off. yg tuh xmau naa!!!

2) EAT! BUT IN A SMALL PORTION

u can eat, but make sure it is just enough to ur body. jgn mkn melantak.,if let say u nak melantak, lepas tuh u kena burn la apa yg u makan. so that'll balance. and u ll have a substantial health benefits. but jgn over lah kn? be careful to what u eat. here what i eat everyday:

Breakfast : 2 slice of bread with tuna
Lunch : bihun sup sayur/bandung (sayur lebih)
Dinner : vege soup homemade.

and every evening, after work i jog 7km! or ill ensure that ill jog 30min max!

3) EXERCISE!

like i say i jog every evening. kalo xsempat (alasan lah tuh!) make sure u do activities that can burn fat. i go to gym also. do weights and every friday, there is cardio dance, so dari situ i boleh burn ape2 patut.
usually kat gym i will run 20mins non stop. after that do weight,squats and biceps & triceps.

i pon saja park my car jauh ckit so pgi2 jalan ckit and use stairs instead of lift.

4) RELAX UR MIND

this one sgt penting. work is work. tp sometimes mind kena relax. so everyday before going to sleep i will do some reading. thats better!

ok? so healthy life will begin from now!!!!!!! will update what i do tommorow k!
